WHO WE ARE

About Us

At DreamBuilders Oasis, we are passionate about creating extraordinary outdoor adventures and fostering a deep connection with nature for ourselves and the teenagers who call us mom & dad. We are entrepreneurs, business owners, and enjoy working from home. Tracey's story began as a child at summer camp. Drew enjoyed Appalachian trail hikes as a Boy Scout. Together, we enjoy providing a sanctuary where individuals, families, and friends could escape the demands of modern life and rediscover a sense of peace and calm.

Married for over two decades, we've enjoyed a variety of outdoor experiences within a 2 hour drive of our Cochranville home. We've backpacked 20 miles at a time carrying everything with us. We've car camped. We've towed 38 foot campers. All that experience enables us to be very welcoming and helpful hosts for our guests, whether you travel full time on the road in your RV, or are a weekend overlander living the vanlife. First time setting up a tent? No worries. We can show you the ropes.

We had a number of guests in 2024, 2025, and now in 2026 who have found our site to be a great over-night spot on their way from here to there, while others stayed for 3 to 7 days to relax and unwind before their next big adventure. One out-of-town couple used our site as a base of operations for a week-long adventure with their kids & grandkids.

We cater to a diverse range of outdoor enthusiasts. From full time RV nomads to small tear-drops, or a simple dome tent... everyone finds something they love in our quiet retreat at DreamBuilders Oasis.

Our hipcamp is private, but not secluded. We are in a small-town farm community. You may hear local traffic, milk trucks, or seasonal farm equipment. And the local volunteer fire company may occasionally remind us how precious life is. But you will also find open grass, wide skies, beautiful sunsets, a quiet gazebo, room for dogs to stretch their legs, and a peaceful place to exhale after time on the road.

While we encourage you to unplug while you visit, we are located near a large cell tower, and have a clear view of the sky for starlink if you need to work or want to stream a movie. There is a community park walking distance away with new swingsets & playground equipement.

Being in an agricultural community, DreamBuilder's Oasis offers excellent star-gazing and satellite watching opportunities year round, then the clouds clear out (weather dependent) with less light pollution than you'll find in surrounding towns (ask us to turn off the flagpole & other outside lights). Sunsets from the Gazebo are stunning when the weather cooperates. This is a great site to connect with nature. We have a variety of birds who love the water feature by the gazebo, and an occasional family of deer that passes through. ( Photos Here )

Easy access to tourist points in Lancaster PA, Amish tours, Outlet shopping experiences, as well as Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square PA, the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival (Sept) and Mushroom Drop (New Years Eve) along with a plethora of fine winery experiences throughout Southern Chester County. Movie theaters are a 30 minute drive. Putt Putt Mini-Golf and Bowling are 14 minutes down the road into Oxford, PA. Multiple golf courses and country clubs are available within a 15 to 25 minute drive in several directions.

We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. Sites book quickly, so reserve your dates today.

Such a nice stay. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. And their sweet little doggo was soooo cute! I totally recommend this site to anyone who wants a safe and quiet place to stay!

As an avid solo backpacker & traveler with my pup, I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems where I can plug in, recharge, and prep for the next leg. Great hosts!
